Ram Dhan Yadav Kotamaraja, Partner

Ram worked for Novedea Systems Inc from 2006 to 2009 as a Senior Solutions Architect. Ram became a Partner of Novedea in 2010. Ram brings more than fifteen years of experience and leadership in Information Technology industry. Ram has held various senior leadership and consulting roles at Fortune 100 companies in Telecom, Pharmacy, Finance and Technology industries. Some of the major companies that Ram worked with include Cingular Wireless, Boehringer Ingelheim, American Express, Pegasystems and Progress Software. Ram holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Management degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Technology from JNTU, India. Ram was two terms Vice President of Harvard Extension Student Association and one term Vice President of Harvard Extension Business Society. Ram supports www.baaldan.com a charity that works with street children in India.


Dr.Suresh Rajappa, Chief Technology Officer

Suresh leads the advanced Business Intelligence technology strategy and services for Novedea. The primary focus of Suresh and his team is to provide high-end value to our clients through the service offerings of our consulting practice. These offerings include: BI Strategy, Rapid BI solution, Data Management and Enteprise BI services. With over 19 years of experience, he provides thought leadership to the overall technology services strategy of the firm. Suresh has held various roles at Fortune 100s, VHA, Target, Avanade and others. He holds a PhD in Data mining and MBA from SMU Cox school of business.


Anand Dasari, BI Specialist

A seasoned architect, developer, and consultant, Anand has over 12 years of experience in blending an array of Microsoft based tools and technologies to create effective decision making solutions for companies large and small across a spectrum of industries. He has been integral part of Novedea team since the company was formed in 2005. Anand earned his BS in Computer Science from JNTU University.
